Lord, Help Me Not Have Doubts About My Future

Surely there is a hereafter; and your hope will not be cut off. Proverbs 23:18

Lord, there are so many frightening things happening in the world around me. Help me not to doubt that my future is secure in You, no matter what else is going on. Thank You for the great future You have for me because You love me (1 Corinthians 2:9). Thank You that I am never alone. Thank You that You never leave me or forsake me, and my future with You is always secure. Help me not become fearful when things become shaky. I know Your timing is perfect and Your ways are right. Help me trust that my hope in You will never be cut off.

Give My Child a Future of Peace

Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; for the future of that man is peace. Psalm 37:37

Lord, I pray for (name of child) to have a future that is good, long, prosperous, and secure because it is in Your hands. Thank You that Your plans for him (her) are to bring peace and hope and a productive future. Turn his (her) heart toward You so that he (she) always has Your will and Your ways in mind. Keep him (her) from wasting time on a pathway You will not bless. Help him (her) run the race in the right way, so that he (she) will finish strong and receive the prize You have for him (her) (1 Corinthians 9:24). May nothing ever separate him (her) from You and the future of peace You have for him (her).
